vin01 ac056d17af Adding referrer policy security header 
It will set a default strict `Referrer-Policy ``strict-origin-when-cross-origin`` that controls what referrer information shall be included with requests.

Welcome to Revel

A high-productivity web framework for the Go language.

Start the web server:

revel run myapp

Go to http://localhost:9000/ and you'll see:
